The Special Education Principals' and Leaders' Association will be holding their 2015 Annual Conference from Wednesday, 9th to Friday, 11th September, at the Crowne Plaza Terrigal - located on the Central Coast of NSW.

Terrigal, is a stunningly beautiful and relaxing beachside community, where delegates will be able to immerse themselves in the very best leadership and special education practices, as well as take a much needed respite.

Tying in with our choice of location for this year’s event, the Conference theme in 2015 is 'Leading for Self, Leading for Health'. The 2015 Conference program will include streams on School Stories, Leadership, Professional Wellbeing, Student Wellbeing and Leading, as well as Managing Change.

This year's Conference aims to provide fantastic professional learning, great collegial company and the relaxation of a wellness retreat. There will be a strong focus on how delegates can better support themselves as leaders, their colleagues, their students and their communities.

We have confirmed two outstanding keynote speakers for the 2015 Conference, with additional Keynotes to be announced shortly. We are delighted to announce presentations by:

• John Maclean, Triathlete, Rower and Motivational Speaker
• Michelle Bihary, Trainer, Speaker, Consultant and Therapist, The Delta Centre

The 2015 Conference website has now been launched and provides regular updates on all event activities. The website offers delegates an avenue for communicating through social networking platforms.
